Privacy policy

Last updated: July 10, 2026

The short version

Your stash data belongs to you. We collect what's needed to run the service, we don't sell it or share it with advertisers, you can export everything as CSV at any time, and deleting your account permanently removes your data and photos.

What we collect

Account data: your email address and, if you choose Google sign-in, your Google account identifier. Content you create: fabric records, photos, patterns, projects, notions, locations and shopping items. Billing: payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record — Paddle receives the payment details and billing address needed to process the charge (see paddle.com/privacy), while we store only the order status needed to unlock Pro, never your card number. Usage: basic product events (like "fabric created") tied to your account so we can understand what features matter, and standard analytics on the marketing pages if you accept them.

Where your data lives

Data and photos are stored with Supabase (database and file storage) and served through Vercel. Photos are private: they are stored under your account and served only through short-lived signed URLs that require your session. Transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset) are delivered via Resend.

What we never do

We do not sell your data. We do not show ads. We do not train AI models on your photos. We do not share your inventory with anyone unless the law requires it.

Your rights

Export: the full stash exports to CSV from Settings, free tier included. Deletion: Settings, then Delete account, removes your account, every record and every photo permanently; there is no soft-delete copy. Questions or requests (including GDPR/CCPA requests): email rsmisael.08@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Cookies

The app uses strictly necessary cookies for your login session. The marketing site uses Google Analytics only where consent applies.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll note it here and, for significant changes, email account holders. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
